For US customers: No customs fees apply on domestic orders within the United States.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. Then contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
If after 5 business days the package has still not been located, please contact us at hello@audreyromanjewels.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item and packaging immediately and contact us at hello@audreyromanjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
