Choose the moment, then check the photo.
Choose an image for its meaning, then make sure the face is clear. A sharp photograph in even light gives you a better starting point than a distant face, a dark image or a heavy filter.
Keep the original file where possible. For several pet portraits, choose a separate image for each pet.

The personalization form accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB. Use a sharp, well-lit file with the face visible.
Do I need a separate photo for each pet?
Yes. Choose the portrait count, then upload one photo in each separate field on the product page.
