Make it personal.

A name, a date or a familiar face. Follow these steps to get the details right.

1. Choose your piece and options.

Choose a design, then select the finish or portrait count shown on its product page. Available options vary by piece.

2. Add your names, initials or date.

Enter the spelling and capitalization you want. Add each name in its own field where separate fields are shown. Initial fields accept one letter.

3. Choose a clear photo.

Use a sharp JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB. Keep the face in focus and unobstructed, with even light and no heavy filter. For multiple portraits, upload one separate photo for each pet.

4. Review before adding.

Check the selected option, spelling, dates and photo previews. The summary in the personalization panel shows your details before you add your piece to the bag.
