Check your selected design, finish, names, spelling, capitalization, dates and photos before completing an order. Names and portraits shown in product images are personalization examples. The available options are the ones shown for the selected design.

Photos and other content.

Only submit text and images you have permission to use for the requested piece. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may contact you if the submitted details or image are not suitable for producing the requested design.

Prices and payment.

Check the currency, product total, delivery charges and any applicable taxes or duties shown before you complete payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An item in a shopping bag does not reserve availability.

Availability and order questions.

If a piece is unavailable or an order has a pricing, personalization or other issue, we may contact you to clarify the details and the available next steps. An order confirmation records the submitted order details.

Production and delivery.

Our estimated total production and delivery time is 2–5 business days for orders to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. If you need a gift by a certain date, ask our team before ordering. Delivery and return information is available on our shipping and returns page.

Changes, cancellations and returns.

Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to correct a personal detail or change an order. Whether a change can be made depends on the stage of production. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Problems with a piece.

We replace faulty pieces. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact Supports@customlove.com with your order number, a description and clear photos of the issue. Contact us before returning a piece so we can provide instructions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies, including any right to a refund, that cannot be excluded by law.

Care and product information.

Follow the care instructions for your design. Keep plated jewelry away from water, perfume and abrasive cleaners unless the instructions for your piece say otherwise. Ask our team if you need to confirm materials, measurements or fit.
