YOUR DETAILS, BEFORE YOU ADD TO BAG
See your name
as you type.
Choose a piece, enter your details and check the digital preview directly on its product page. Review spelling and capitalization before you order. The preview is illustrative; final details may vary.
BEFORE YOU MAKE IT YOURS
Your questions, answered.
Can I choose a word instead of a name?
Use the personalization field within the character limit shown for that design. Ask our team before ordering if your word has unusual characters or symbols.
Does the birthstone have to be my own month?
You choose the month from the available product options. It can refer to your own birthday or someone meaningful to you.
Can I see my details before ordering?
Personalize directly on the product page. The digital preview helps you review your names, initials or selected photos. It is illustrative; final lettering, size, contrast and placement may vary.
What should I check before adding to my bag?
Review every spelling, capital letter, date, birthstone month and selected image. Check the product details and available options for that design.
What materials are used?
The product details describe the material and finish for each design. Many pieces list 304 stainless steel and a gold-plated finish. Check your chosen piece rather than assuming every design has the same options.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We offer free delivery to the countries and territories available in our checkout. Select your destination at checkout to confirm availability. Production and delivery together are estimated at 2–5 business days. Contact us before ordering for a fixed date.
Can I change something after ordering?
Email Supports@customlove.com with your order number as soon as possible. Ask us to confirm whether the change is still possible before production progresses.
