What can I personalize?

Upload your chosen photo and select the birthstone month for the color charm. Review both fields before ordering.

Which photo works best?

Choose a clear, well-lit original with the main subject visible. Close photos are easier to review than distant group pictures.

What photo files can I upload?

Use a JPG, PNG or WebP image smaller than 10 MB. Ask us for help before ordering if you are unsure about your photo.

Is the charm a natural gemstone?

The charm is synthetic cubic zirconia with a birthstone-inspired color. It is not a natural birthstone.

Will the photo look identical to the screen preview?

The preview helps you review the layout. Final photo detail, color, placement and scale can vary from the digital illustration.

How long will my order take?

Our estimated total production and delivery time is 2–5 business days for supported destinations. Check your delivery information at checkout and contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive gift.

What if my piece arrives with a defect?

We replace defective pieces. Email Supports@customlove.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can help. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Which currency will I pay in?

The page uses the currency for your selected country or market. You can change the country above the personalization area. Checkout confirms the final total for your delivery destination.

You probably know which photo you would choose: a smile you recognize, a picture of someone close or a moment you keep returning to. Give that image a place in a personal piece of jewelry.

The Photo and Birthstone Bracelet pairs your chosen photograph with a month-inspired color detail. Upload your photo and select the birthstone month in the form below.

ADD MY PHOTO AND MONTH

01 / CHOSEN FOR A REASON

Choose the photograph for the person receiving it.

A photo gift starts with recognizing what the recipient would want to keep close. It could be a picture of their child, a parent, a partner or a person whose smile makes the image worth returning to.

You can also choose a shared moment. A good photo for this small design keeps the subject clear when you look at it on a phone. A wide group picture can lose the detail that made you choose it.

Then decide which month belongs with that photograph. A birth month is one choice; a month connected to the memory can be another. The personal connection comes from the choices you make, rather than the color alone.

02 / THE DETAILS MATTER

A clear photo gives you a better starting point.

Use a sharp original photo with the main face or subject visible. Crop away distractions before uploading if you want a closer view. Avoid a screenshot with small faces, heavy filters or text covering the picture.
