Which file types can I upload?
The personalization form accepts JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB. Use a sharp, well-lit file with the face visible.
Do I need a separate photo for each pet?
Yes. Choose the portrait count, then upload one photo in each separate field on the product page.
Can I see my details before ordering?
Personalize directly on the product page. The digital preview helps you review your names, initials or selected photos. It is illustrative; final lettering, size, contrast and placement may vary.
What should I check before adding to my bag?
Review every spelling, capital letter, date, birthstone month and selected image. Check the product details and available options for that design.
What materials are used?
The product details describe the material and finish for each design. Many pieces list 304 stainless steel and a gold-plated finish. Check your chosen piece rather than assuming every design has the same options.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We offer free delivery to the countries and territories available in our checkout. Select your destination at checkout to confirm availability. Production and delivery together are estimated at 2–5 business days. Contact us before ordering for a fixed date.
Can I change something after ordering?
